What Is The Best Product To Get Rid Of Pimples/zits?

What is the best product to get rid of pimples/zits? I have Zeno and Acne Free. (Acne Free is kinda like Pro Acitve)
Do either of those work?
Please tell me which toold/ or face cleaner works best!
