I wash my face daily with acne wash and I only get pimples sometimes, but when I do get them, they are sometimes hard to get rid of, what should I do to prevent them? Also, what should I do to stop them from getting larger when they first start out? What will make face look fresh and that kind of dewy look (without anything that will clog my pores)? Thank you.

I had pimples for 5 years but suddenly my pimples started to occur black spots after its cured.I never squeeze it or done anything in it.It just magically became a black spot itself.
1. Does anyone know what is the cause of this?
2. I heard cucumber is able to cure scar but what if mix wit honey?

There isn’t necessary a “cure” for pimples but they can be treated. I would recommend using 2% Benzoyl peroxide or 2% salicylic acid when washing your face. Use moisturizers that are “Non-comedogenic” so that your pores won’t get blocked. Do not pick at the pimples or you will end up getting scars. Personally, I have also noticed it helps to drink lots of water and not stress so much. If all else fails, talk to your doctor and he or she may prescribe retinol-A or some antibiotics to help get rid of the acne. Hope this helps.
