I suffer with bad acne for years and tried almost everything. The only thing that worked for me was birth control pills. Now when I get a pimple I use Clear and Clear Morning Burst. A friend of mine had worse acne than me and he used Provactive and it worked wonders for his face and back.
Accutane is the only treatment that worked for me. The drawback is that you have to go to a dermatologist to get it.
