Flavor Giant & Lalit G suggestions are great, also you can use garlic and honey to overcome your problems here.
It would be the best solution to use natural ways for your problems here. Why dont you try apply honey as a masker, rub it on your face at least 3x a week, and leave it minimum 30 minutes, then wash your face with warm water and then cold water. This is a good natural way for prevention & natural cure. It works best for me, especially because I’m living in the most polluted metropolitan city & I always look for a natural remedies. I have tried medication but don’t work good on me, and besides that, they are more expensive & have bad side effects.
Other way is, rub pimple or acne candidate with garlic slice several times. It is claimed that they will not grow or bigger.
Please bear in mind, before you carry out these simple steps, make sure you have already cleaned your hands and the particular skin, including the garlic you will use as remedies.
Don’t forget also, your daily intake play significant to your overall health, including your skin & face. Increase your intake regularly with more fruits & vegetables, make it varied every day. Plus, drink water averagely 8 glass/day for better digestion. Avoid junk food, dried foods, preservatives, MSG, unhealthy snacks, etc. It’s the best to have your vegetables by steam/stew or boil instead of fry them in oil.

Acne is a bacteria that needs to be killed. Witch Hazel is also works great.. it is a little smelly, but you can use a cotton ball or wash cloth. It will tke away the oiliness. `Tea Tree Oil will kill out the bacteria or weaken it enough not to bother you. Apply it to the effected areas with a q-tip or cotton ball after you have washed.
You should get a good multivitamin(highly suggest) with vitamin a,c,e,d and zinc.. this should help tons! Eating carrots also helps.. there is beta-carotene (Vitamin A) in them which helps prevent acne and repair the skin. Take zinc, zinc is a antibacterial agent. Make sure to dink plenty of water and get good rest at night.
Azelaic Acid is a great natural acid that reduces the growth of bacteria, restores the skins cells and reduces inflammation. Try using a topical with Azelaic Acid in it.. it is safe.
Also, change/wash your pillow case and sheets every other day.

You can place a piece of cucumber on the area where there are black dots, alternately, you can grind cucumber into a paste and apply it on your face. This will keep your skin fresh and glowing. You can also apply a mixture of green gram dal flour and lemon juice on your face for long-term beauty… Good Luck!

I loved using neutrogena in the bar soap form to wash my face at night. Wash with warm water, rinse with cool water, and ALWAYS use clean hands and clean towels.
Don’t scrub your face really hard.
Rinse face with water in the morning and no soap.
Don’t put lotion or foundation or base on your face.
    Get face in sun.
Wash face during the day if needed. Keep it from getting too greasy.
Keep your hands clean and don’t touch your face if you can help it.
Always sleep on a clean pillow case, every night!
    Keep your scalp clean.
Drink lots of water and stay away from junk food and fried foods.
Work out to create a sweat often and your pores open up and let out the oil and dirt more often when you do this.
Don’t work in greasy places. i.e. mechanical, fast food, etc.
    good luck!

well first of all some simple non cost ideas are
1- wash your face every morning with a warm/hot cloth
    2-drink plenty of water
3-wash your face at least 3 times a day
4- avoid touching your chin, mouth and areas where your pimples grow the most
for cost effective ways i suggest getting witch hazel wipes these dry out the pimples killing all bacteria inside and clearing your pores.
