well kinda. if you pimples are from increased bacteria levels then yes. if they are not than it wont do anything. you have a 50 50 chance
It is not one of the preferred oral drugs for acne, but it will help with diminishing the bacteria in and on your body. But beware it can stain your teeth and make you jaundice (turn your skin and whites of your eyes yellow).
