Clean&Clear works pretty well for me. It gets rid of oil as well as prevent blemishes.

Try acnefree severe. it worked for me very quickly and got rid of all my acne for good. you can get it at target or wal mart for fairly cheap. it worked better than anything else my dermatologist gave me.

Clinique 3-Step works well for me, my skin feels so clean
when I use it! It's expensive (about $70 for the whole thing)
but it lasts forever. I've had my bottles for about 10 months
and they're almost finished now.
If your skin is awful, go to the dermatologist.

You SHOULD wash your face EVERY DAY - morning AND night! Dead skin cells build up and need to be washed/scrubbed away to allow new, healthy skin to come to the surface. Don't give those dead cells time to trap dirt and oil - yuck!
Try one of those acne fighting kits, like the ones from AcneFree or Neutrogena (you can find them at most drugstores or places like Wal-Mart or Target). I personally use - and like - the AcneFree kit. I also have an oil-free moisturizer that I put on, to avoid any over-drying that may happen. Also, get some plain old hydrogen peroxide. It's just an antibacterial agent. I put some on a cotton pad and wipe it all over my face. Gets rid of any lingering bacteria after cleansing and it doesn't dry out or irritate the skin.
Hope this helps! Good luck!
