Go into your kitchen, look at all your food. If it has ‘enriched’ or white flour in it, throw it away. If one of the first five listed ingredients is sugar, throw it away.

you should probably be basin powder with pinch of turmeric pwder and a pinch of ground pepper …and mix this all together with milk and then apply it like a pack on your face and continue doing this for abt twice a week and have your face with glowing shine and pimple and scar free.!!

Use egg whites as a face mask! Take 1 egg, disgard the yolk, and spread the egg white on your face. Let dry and then wash off.
Oatmeal makes a great face scrub. Mix a little with some water and apply. Sugar or baking soda can also be used.
Eat well! Lots of vegetables and fruits, lean meats, and like the other poster said, Avoid SUGAR! Also avoid fried foods and take a good quality multi-vitamin with fish oil supplement.
