When you ask for the “best” skin care products it really depends what your specific needs are. It is really easy to spend 300$ on a jar of cream and have it just be ok. I would reccomend using a good cleanser and you can get some of these very cheap at any drugstore. I think it is important that it contains a bit of salicylic acid for exfoliation and pore cleansing purposes.
For a moisturizer look for something that combines firming and lifting and anti aging properties, you can spend a lot and get one such as La Prairie Skin Cavier line or Sisley anti aging cream.

It depends what you are looking for.
Creme de la Mer is widely considered one of the best moisturizers in America today. Le Mer is owned by Estee Lauder and will usually go for about $100 for 1 oz. If that’s too pricey, look for something that has SPF, which can be a lifesaver.
For a cleanser, Freeze 24-7 Ice Shield SPF 15 facial cleanser leaves a layer of SPF on yours skin.
The best scrub is probably St. Ives Apricot Scrub, which can be found in drug stores.
A good place to get cosmetics is Sephora, of which there are three in San Fransisco. One on Powell Street, one on Union Street, and one in SFO International Airport.
neutrogena is a great one…but my favorite is johnson & johnson’s baby wash! i don’t even buy the new expensive ones marketed towards adults. it’s extra sensitve and smells good too!
