Does Sephora’s Skin Care Products Work?

Or are they a waste of money, Im looking for skin firming products, and stretch mark products to lighten them. I dont have alot surprisingly, cuz i just had a baby 3weeks ago, and u can barely tell, i just want to lighten a bit, if i can get rid of them significantly please tell me how, i love trying natural products and remedies also.
